    How to apply for rights issue from a corporate account via ICICI Direct?

    You can apply for rights issue online through ICICI Direct Platforms,  if your Corporate/partnership account belongs to any of the following categories:

    • Private Limited
    • Public Limited
    • Trust
    • Body Corporates
    • Partnership (registered)
    • Partnership (unregistered)
    • Limited Liability Partnership

    Here are the steps to apply for rights issue from a Corporate Account:

    1. Login to your ICICI Direct trading account.
    2. Navigate to the IPO section on the website or mobile app.
    3. Click on ‘Rights Issue’ from the menu and select the rights issue you wish to apply for from the list of open issues.
    4. Accept the disclaimer and then enter the quantity to proceed.
    5. Review the bid details, accept the declarations, and submit your application.

    You can check status of your placed orders in the order book.

    Note: Once rights issue application is submitted, it cannot be modified. To change the quantity, cancel the existing order and place a new order with updated quantity, before the offer closes.
