    All you need to know about Bharti Airtels First and Final Call on partly paid-up shares

    Bharti Airtel Limited had issued equity shares on a rights basis at ₹535 per share pursuant to Letter of Offer dated September 22, 2021, whereby investors paid 25% upfront and it was decided that the balance amount would be called later as decided by the Board.

    The Board of Directors of Bharti Airtel Ltd. in its meeting held on December 18, 2025 have now decided to make the First and Final Call of INR 401.25 per partly paid-up equity share.


    Key Details are as follows:

    Record Date: Friday, February 06, 2026

    The Board has fixed this date to determine the holders of partly paid-up equity shares who shall be liable to pay the First and Final Call amount.

    Call Payment Period: March 02, 2026 to March 16, 2026 (both days inclusive)

    The call amount must be paid within this period.

    Trading Suspension:

    Trading in partly paid-up equity shares (ISIN: IN9397D01014) is suspended with effect from February 06, 2026.
