    Buy Now Pay Later MTF

    Will there be any charge on Pledging/Un-pledging the shares?

    Yes, there will be a charge of ₹25 + GST for pledging or unpledging shares under Margin Trading Facility (MTF). These charges are applicable as per the guidelines of depositories NSDL and CDSL, and are applicable on a per-ISIN basis per instruction.


    What is ISIN?

    ISIN (International Securities Identification Number) is a unique 12-digit alphanumeric code assigned to each security (such as stocks, bonds, or mutual funds) for identification. Since the charges are applied per ISIN, if you pledge or unpledge multiple securities, the fee will be charged separately for each ISIN.

     

    Please Note:

    If you sell an MTF position and buy the same stock again on the same trading day, the sold quantity will be automatically adjusted against the quantity purchased.

    The pledge requirement will depend on the quantity purchased:

    • If the quantity purchased is equal to or less than the quantity sold, no additional pledge is required.
    • If the quantity purchased is greater than the quantity sold, only the excess quantity (Purchased Quantity − Sold Quantity) will be auto-pledged.
