    How will the IRB Infrastructure Developers Bonus Issue impact my MTF position?

    IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has announced a 1:1 Bonus Issue with Record Date: April 1, 2026 and Ex-date: March 30, 2026.

    Here’s how this will impact your MTF holdings:

    A. Price Adjustment:

    On the ex-date (March 30, 2026), the stock price is expected to adjust by ~50%. This may temporarily impact how your MTF position value appears.

    B. Existing MTF Positions:

    You can continue holding your current MTF positions without any action.

    C. Margin Requirement:

    Margins for this stock have been revised to 40%. Please ensure sufficient margin is maintained to avoid auto square-off.

    D. Trading Restriction Window:

    You will not be able to sell MTF shares or convert them to delivery from March 30 to April 03, 2026.

    E. Bonus Share Credit:

    The bonus shares will be credited by April 03, 2026. These will:

    • Automatically reflect in your MTF position
    • Be auto-pledged under MTF

    F. If You Want to Sell During Restriction Period:

    You should convert your MTF position to delivery on or before March 27, 2026.
