    What is the impact of Bonus Issue on Trent MTF open positions?

    Trent Limited (TRENT) has announced a Bonus Issue in the ratio of 1:2, with the Record Date: June 04, 2026. 

    The price will adjust by ~33% on record date, which may temporarily affect how your current MTF positions are displayed until the new shares are credited.

     

    Key Points to Note:

    ◼️You can continue holding your existing MTF positions

    ◼️Margins for the stock will be revised to 56% from June 02, 2026 EOD

    ◼️The additional bonus shares will be credited as free holdings in your Demat Account. You may have to manually allocate these shares for reflecting in your “Demat Holdings” section through the Allocate option
