    How do I add or modify the transactions in my Stocks Portfolio?

    I. Addition of shares in Portfolio

    Old website:

    You can manually add or modify entries on the Stocks Portfolio page. To go to the Stocks Portfolio page, follow the path below:

    a. Login to ICICI Direct website.

    b. Go to Stocks tab.

    c. Click on Portfolio.

    The different ways to update your Stocks Portfolio are as follows:

    A. Through Advance Options-

    -> Go to Stocks > Portfolio > Click on Advance Options > Click on Add New Transaction Manual > Add new transactions

    B. Through Transaction History-

    -> Go to Stocks > Portfolio > Under Actions column, click on icon for the stock in which you want to add manual entries > Click on Transaction History > Click on Add Transaction

    C. Through File upload-

    -> In case you want to upload multiple transaction entries in bulk, the file containing the details can be uploaded through the File Upload option - Go to Stocks > Portfolio > Click on Advance Options > Upload New Transaction

    II. Modification of purchase price in Stocks Portfolio

    Through Old website:

    To modify/edit the purchase price of a transaction, follow the steps below:

    1. Login to ICICI Direct website. Click here to login.

    2. Go to Stocks tab > Portfolio

    3. Click on the three dots under the Actions column for the stock.

    4. Click on Transaction History.

    5. Select the checkbox of the relevant transaction. Now, edit the purchase price.

    6. Click on Submit.

    Through New Website:

    1. Login to ICICI Direct website.

    2. Under Stocks, click on Portfolio.

    3. Click on the three dots under Action column.

    4. Click on Transaction History.

    5. Click on Edit Transactions. Modify the transaction(s) and click on Save.
