    Customer Journey on External Holdings

    Step 1: To begin linking your external account, enter your registered mobile number and PAN, complete the CAPTCHA, provide your consent, and click Proceed to initiate the account linking process.

    Step 2: After Clicking on Proceed, you will be securely redirected to CAMS FinServ for authentication. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click Verify to proceed.

    Step 3: Once verified, the system will automatically identify all eligible investment accounts linked to your registered mobile number and PAN. This includes your Stocks, ETFs, NPS, and other supported investments. All associated DP IDs will be displayed for your review.

    Step 4: Review the displayed DP IDs and select the accounts you want to add to your portfolio. To authorize the linking, OTP verification will be initiated by the respective depositories. One OTP authorizes all selected NSDL accounts. Similarly, one OTP authorizes all selected CDSL accounts.

    Step 5: After successfully completing the OTP verification, click Submit to securely link your selected investment accounts.

    Step 6: Once the linking process is complete, you will be redirected to the ICICI Direct platform. Your linked accounts are now ready to be accessed.

    Step 7: Log in using your registered mobile number and PAN. For your security, OTP authentication is required each time you access your external holdings.

    Step 8: You’re all set! Your One View Portfolio Dashboard lets you see your linked external holdings together in one place, making it easier to stay informed and track your investments whenever you need.
