    What is the difference between Portfolio Beta and Demat Holdings?
      Portfolio Beta Demat Holdings
    Purpose You can view the current realised and unrealised P&L and annualised returns of your stocks on portfolio You can view your current holdings in Demat account
    Corporate actions It displays the shares you have received due to corporate actions such as Splits, Rights issue, Bonus shares. You can also view dividend history. Dividends and benefits are automatically credited to the linked bank/demat account.
    Off-market transactions Any off-market transfer / credit of shares will automatically get updated in Portfolio Beta by considering the date of transfer as purchase / sale date and closing price as the price of such transaction.  Editing in the total quantity displayed in demat holdings is not allowed
    By when the stocks start reflecting on this section Any new purchase will reflect in portfolio from next day morning onwards.  You can see the stocks in Demat holding by evening on T+1 day.
