The Gujarat State Petronet Limited is an India-based company that offers transmission and infrastructure services for natural gas. The company mainly transmits natural gas and related products through open-access pipelines to demand centres. It also implements and operates gas distribution and generates electricity through windmills. The company was incorporated on 23 December 1998 as a state-governed company in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The primary business segments of the company include natural gas transmission, electricity generation through windmills, transmission and distribution of electric power in the state, and distribution of city gas and gaseous fuels. For the financial year 2021-2022, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 17,990 crore with a net profit of Rs 2,176 crore.
