You can create a custom User ID of your choice by following these steps after logging in:

Through Old Website: -

Step 1: Access your ICICI Direct account with your current credentials.

Step 2: Click on the Settings icon (located on the top right-hand side) and select “My Account.”

Step 3: Click on the “Change Login Details” option.

Step 4: Select “Change User ID” from the menu.

Step 5: Enter your preferred new User ID and follow the prompts to confirm the update.

Through New Website: -

Step 1: Log in to your ICICI Direct account, click on your name, and then select the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Click on the “Privacy and Security” option.

Step 3: Click on the “Change User ID” from the menu.

Step 4: Enter your preferred new User ID and follow the prompts to confirm the update.
