Spread across 4.5 acres, the 39-key resort features a mix of private pool cottages, glamping tents, hammock suites, and nature-led amenities like a treehouse, luxury spa, and pet-friendly access. Developed with an investment of about ₹39 crores, The Isle is positioned as a premium experiential offering designed for urban families, long-stay guests, weddings, and corporate retreats. Combination of entertainment, stay, and nature under one brand ecosystem, The Isle reflects Wonderla’s strategic intent to enhance its park experience through integrated hospitality, as a thoughtfully curated extension aligned with global leisure benchmarks and evolving Indian travel behaviour.
View: Launch of luxury boutique resort with 39 keys is a strategic fit to the Bengaluru park with focus on enhancing the pie of non-ticketing revenues. Staycation, destination wedding and corporate offsite have became the new theme for hospitability industry. Wonderla Holidays with huge landbank across its three parks of Bengaluru, Kochin and Hyderabad wants to play on this theme to pull more footfalls in the park. If this theme is successful, we should expect similar luxury stay options in Kochi and Hyderabad park in the coming years. Though the conversion of this into revenues and material add-on to EBIDTA will take sometime. But we like the though process of optimal utilisation of landbank.
