News: Oberoi Realty’s sales value was weak at ₹ 786.9 crore, down 18.5% QoQ, despite Kolshet Road launch on account of weak offtake. On the financial front, reported revenues were down 35.4% YoY at ₹ 1054 crore. PAT at ₹ 360 crore was down 48.7% YoY. In Q4, the company announced pre-sales of ₹ 882 crore for a tower launched in Goregaon in January 2024.
