At present, foreign institutional investors have no stake in Oberoi Realty. The company’s shareholding pattern has remained largely consistent over the past year.

The company’s board of directors comprises Vikas Oberoi, Bindu Oberoi, Saumil Daru, Karamjit Singh Kalji, Tilokchand P Ostwal, Tina Trikha, Venkatesh Mysore, and others.
