    GMR Infrastructure Ltd. is a subsidiary of GEPL. It is engaged in the development, maintenance, and operation of airports. It also provides integrated security solutions. For the airport management segment, it operates through GMR Airports Limited (GAL). The security solutions are managed through RAXA Techno Security Solutions.

    The company’s airport portfolio comprises Delhi International Airport, Hyderabad International Airport in India, and the Mactan Cebu International Airport in Cebu, Philippines. The Delhi International Airport bagged the Airport Service Quality Awards for 2017. The Hyderabad International Airport is known as the torchbearer of innovation and technological adoption. The airport in the Philippines, developed in partnership with Megawide, is renowned for its architecture.

    The GMR Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate comprising GMR Infrastructure, GMR Energy, and GMR Enterprises, was founded in 1978 by Mr. Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao. He is at present the Chairman of the company. Mr. Grandhi Kiran Kumar serves as the Managing Director & CEO. The GMR share was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange on July 31, 2006. It is listed on the MCX Stock Exchange as well.
