The company has two production units in India in Noida and Dehradun. The company is also setting up a manufacturing-cum corporate unit in Noida. It has received ISO 9001:2015 certification for its design, development, quality control, and manufacturing services. Apart from India, it provides services in several countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The company has a wholly-owned subsidiary named Frog Tele Private Limited. The company was also listed on the Emerge ITP Platform of the NSE on 2 May 2014.

As per the shareholding pattern of the company, a 73.94% stake in the company belongs to the promoters, a 23.80% stake belongs to retail investors, a 2.22% stake belongs to the foreign institutional investors, and the remaining 0.48% stake is invested in mutual funds.
