Bombay Bumrah Trading Company comes under the management of the Wadia Group. For nearly 85 years, BBTC was under the ownership of the Wallace brothers, the founders. BBTC is involved in dealings of a wide variety of products. Examples of such products are tea, coffee, biscuit & dairy products, healthcare products (viz.) dental, orthopedic, and ophthalmic products. The promoters of the company own 65.93% of stake in the company, Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) own 7.68%, Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) own 1.15% stake in the company, and others (such as public & retail investors) hold the balance of 25.24%.
