News: HG Infra Engineering has been declared an L-1 (lowest) bidder by Central Railway for the project worth ₹ 716.1 crore. It will construct a new BG line between Dhule (Borvihir) and Nardana on the Central Railway.
Views: The company’s order book as on Q2FY24 stood at ₹ 10678 crore, 2.3x book to bill. It is looking for inflows worth ₹ 8000-9000 crore in FY24, driven by a roads segment and growing opportunities in the other infrastructure verticals such as railways, and water supply. The company is well placed with monetisation done and execution likely to improve drastically ahead.
