News: Tata Motors has launched the all-new Tata Ace Pro, heralding a transformative era in small cargo mobility. It is being offered at a starting price of ₹3.99 lakh, with company claiming it to be India’s most affordable four-wheel mini truck. Tata Ace Pro is available in Petrol, Bi-Fuel (CNG + Petrol), and Electric variants – providing customers with the flexibility to choose the ideal solution for their business needs. It has a payload of 750 kg payload and a versatile 6.5ft (1.98 m) deck. Petrol variant is powered by 694 cc engine while EV variant has a range of 155km. In a separate development it has also announced prices of Harrier EV at ₹ 21.5-27.5 lakh/unit (ex-showroom) for Real Wheel Drive (RWD) with bookings set to open on 2nd July 2025.
View: Tata Ace Pro comes with a high-strength chassis and rugged aggregates to ensure reliable performance under heavy loads. Tata Motors in the recent analyst meet took cognizant of lost market share in the SCV segment and guided for rightful product introductions to recoup the same amidst its overall aim to regain 40% domestic market share in the domestic CV space. The present product launch is the step in this direction. With profitable growth prospects across all its segments, easing geo-political tensions and inexpensive valuations, we have a positive view on the company.
