News: Revenues grew ~6% YoY to ₹ 547 crore driven by power brands Prevnar, Eliquis, Minipress XL, Zavicefta among others. Other power brands however continued to languish. EBITDA on the other hand grew ~62% YoY to ₹ 178 crore on the back better GPM growth (up ~490 bps to 64.3%) and lower other expenses. PAT grew ~61% to ₹ 151 crore.
Views: Unlike other MNC Pharma companies which have spelled out product launches in the coming quarters, Pfizer remains non-committal about the future strategy and launches. However, in the past the company has spoken about the new launches. We expect some commentary from the management in the near future.
