Views: With total installed capacity of 69,134.20 MW and overall plant load factor of NTPC coal stations at 80% in April-June 2022 vis-a-vis 69% in the same period last year, which reflects high levels of operational excellence. This performance is on expected lines as the demand of electricity is increasing month on month mainly due to revival in economic activities amid decreasing covid threats. Going forward as one of India’s electricity producer NTPC is expected to perform better on back of diversified portfolio and increase in demand for electricity.
