HPL ELECTRIC AND POWER LIMITED HAS BAGGED AN ORDER
News: HPL Electric and Power Limited has bagged an order for ₹143.77 crore (Inclusive of taxes) from it's regular leading customers for supply of smart meters.
Views: With this order, company's order backlog is estimated to be at ~Rs 3500 crore (2.4x of FY24 revenue) of which ~88% is contributed by smart meters. Management had also guided that order pipeline for smart meters remains strong as metering tenders worth Rs 10000 crores are expected to be floated in the near term. We believe that this order, along with existing orders will help the company achieve its targeted growth over the next 2-3 years.
