Concor reports in line performance
CONCOR - 624 Change: 5.15 (0.83 %)News: Concor's revenues grew 10% YoY to Rs.1920 crore, led by volume growth of 7%. EBITDA margins expanded 253 bps YoY to 23.7%, mainly due to lower payment of LLF charges paid by Concor. Subsequently, absolute EBITDA grew 23% to Rs.456 crore. PAT grew 20% YoY to Rs.287 crore. The company has also paid second interim dividend of Rs.2 per share (40% of face value).
Views: While domestic revenues grew 30% YoY to Rs.591 crore (volume growth of 26%), Exim revenue grew 3% YoY to Rs.1330 crore (volume growth of 3%). Concor has paid ~Rs.110 crore as land license fee (LLF) charges to Indian Railways (after surrendering 17 railway terminals previously) in Q3FY22 based on rates taken from land revenue department and the company’s own calculation.
Impact: Positive
