News: As per latest filings, Bank of Baroda reported strong business growth of ~17% YoY, 5% QoQ. Advances grew 19% YoY, 5.4% QoQ at Rs 9.73 lakh crore (domestic advanves up ~17% YoY / 5.2% QoQ). Retail advances growth was robust at ~27% YoY / ~7% QoQ. Deposits registered growth of 15% YoY, 4.7% QoQ at Rs 12 lakh crore. CASA ratio was at 42.2%
Views: The growth was largely in line with management guidance. BoB is expected to report a healthy operational performance in Q4 led by strong business growth and improvement in asset quality
