BAJAJ FINANCE HAS UNVEILED BUSINESS STRATEGY AND PLANS FOR FY24-29
News: Bajaj Finance has unveiled business strategy and plans for FY24-29 wherein the lender aims to grow its bottom-line at 25% CAGR in FY24-29. Focus on customer acquisition (13-14 crore by FY28 from current 9.2 crore), increasing cross-sell to customers (9 crore customers by FY28 vs current 5.77 crore) and sustained improvement in efficiency is expected to enable to touch RoE at ~20%.
Views: Plan to sustain strong loan growth induces confidence. Near term challenges with respect to margins and asset quality is seen to result in gradual uptick in valuation.
