Q1FY27 Quarterly Result Announced for LTM Ltd.

IT Consulting & Software company LTM announced Q1FY27 results

Consolidated Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations: The company reported revenue of Rs 1,16,080 million in Q1FY27, marking a YoY growth of 18.0% compared to Rs 98,406 million in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, it grew by 2.8% from Rs 1,12,917 million in Q4FY26. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 4,23,076 million.
  • Total Income: Reached Rs 1,18,634 million in Q1FY27, reflecting an increase from Rs 1,02,327 million in Q1FY26 and Rs 1,14,664 million in Q4FY26. Total income for FY26 was Rs 4,34,020 million.
  • EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes): Reported at Rs 17,993 million (USD 190 million) in Q1FY27, indicating a strong YoY growth of 27.9% and a QoQ growth of 5.3%. The EBIT margin expanded to 15.5%, up 120 bps YoY and 40 bps QoQ.
  • Profit Before Tax: Achieved Rs 19,784 million in Q1FY27, showing growth from Rs 17,262 million in Q1FY26, and Rs 18,810 million in Q4FY26. The profit before tax for FY26 was Rs 67,911 million.
  • Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Stood at Rs 14,686 million (USD 155 million) in Q1FY27, representing a 17.1% YoY increase from Rs 12,546 million in Q1FY26, and a 9.5% QoQ growth compared to the normalized PAT in Q4FY26. For FY26, the reported net profit was Rs 49,827 million.
  • Total Comprehensive Income: Reported at Rs 20,740 million in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 13,063 million in Q1FY26 and Rs 3,361 million in Q4FY26. For FY26, it amounted to Rs 32,517 million.
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS was Rs 49.46 in Q1FY27, an improvement from Rs 42.33 in Q1FY26 and Rs 46.97 in Q4FY26. EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 169.33.

Standalone Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations: Posted at Rs 1,09,883 million in Q1FY27, registering a YoY growth compared to Rs 94,211 million in Q1FY26, and a QoQ increase against Rs 1,07,819 million in Q4FY26. FY26 standalone revenue was Rs 4,04,822 million.
  • Total Income: Reached Rs 1,10,392 million in Q1FY27, achieving a YoY growth from Rs 98,998 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ rise from Rs 1,09,593 million in Q4FY26. FY26 total income was Rs 4,16,609 million.
  • Profit Before Tax: Stood at Rs 16,807 million in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 17,523 million in Q1FY26 and Rs 17,836 million in Q4FY26. FY26 profit before tax was Rs 66,393 million.
  • Net Profit After Tax: Reached Rs 12,411 million in Q1FY27, marking a slight decline YoY from Rs 12,974 million in Q1FY26 and QoQ from Rs 13,217 million in Q4FY26. FY26 net profit was Rs 49,337 million.
  • Total Comprehensive Income: Amounted to Rs 18,628 million in Q1FY27, showing growth from Rs 12,683 million in Q1FY26 and a notable increase from Rs 2,012 million in Q4FY26. FY26 comprehensive income was Rs 29,885 million.
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS was Rs 41.86 in Q1FY27, against Rs 43.79 in Q1FY26 and Rs 44.59 in Q4FY26. EPS for FY26 was Rs 166.48.

Business Highlights:

  • Order Inflow: Order inflow remained robust at USD 1.68 billion in Q1FY27, reflecting a 3.1% YoY increase and a marginal (0.3%) QoQ decline.
  • Client Metrics: Active clients stood at 740, with 16 new clients added in Q1FY27. Significant YoY additions in revenue buckets included:
    • USD 1 million clients increased by 3 (Total: 407)
    • USD 5 million clients increased by 11 (Total: 170)
    • USD 10 million clients increased by 14 (Total: 104)
    • USD 20 million clients increased by 11 (Total: 52)
    • USD 50 million clients increased by 1 (Total: 15)
  • Employee Metrics: Total employees stood at 87,886. The trailing twelve months (TTM) attrition rate improved to 13.3%, and utilization (excluding trainees) increased to 86.4%.
  • Segment-wise Performance (Revenue Mix): During Q1FY27, the company reorganized its reporting segments. The performance under the new structure is as follows:
    • Financial Services: Contributed 34.0% to revenue; grew by 3.2% QoQ (CC) and declined by (2.5%) YoY (CC).
    • Consumer: Contributed 26.6% to revenue; declined by (0.7%) QoQ (CC) but saw strong growth of 18.2% YoY (CC).
    • Technology & Services: Contributed 20.0% to revenue; grew by 3.4% QoQ (CC) and 10.0% YoY (CC).
    • Production: Contributed 19.4% to revenue; declined by (5.7%) QoQ (CC) but grew by 5.3% YoY (CC).
  • Geography Mix: North America led with 73.9% of total revenue, followed by Europe at 15.0%, and Rest of the World at 11.1%.
  • Key Deal Wins:
    • A US-based insurance company selected LTM to modernize infrastructure operations through an AI-led delivery model.
    • A global travel management company and a US-based multinational organization both partnered with LTM for major IT operations transformations and landscape consolidation.
    • Several other key deals involved AI-driven voice automation (BlueVerse Voicing) for leisure travel and financial administration clients, data transformation for an industrial manufacturer, and a multi-year SAP engagement for a multinational conglomerate.
  • Corporate Restructuring: The Board approved the request from Nabha Power Limited ('NPL') seeking re-classification from the 'Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category, subject to regulatory approvals.
