  • Total Income: For Q1FY27, Total Income stood at Rs 953.60 crore, registering a significant growth of 81.07% YoY compared to Rs 526.65 crore in Q1FY26. However, it declined 19.78% QoQ from Rs 1,188.76 crore in Q4FY26.
  • Revenue from Operations: Revenue in Q1FY27 was Rs 936.50 crore, an increase of 81.36% YoY from Rs 516.37 crore in Q1FY26 and a decrease of 18.99% QoQ from Rs 1,156.08 crore in Q4FY26.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): The company reported a PBT of Rs 471.77 crore for Q1FY27, reflecting a robust increase of 163.03% YoY from Rs 179.36 crore in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, PBT decreased by 20.34% compared to Rs 592.21 crore in Q4FY26.
  • Net Profit: Net profit for Q1FY27 reached Rs 352.61 crore, showing an increase of 162.59% YoY from Rs 134.28 crore in Q1FY26 and a decline of 20.60% QoQ from Rs 444.06 crore in Q4FY26.

  • Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,188.76 crore, up 52.73% YoY compared to Rs 778.34 crore in Q4FY25, and growing by 68.54% QoQ from Rs 705.31 crore in Q3FY26.
  • Net Profit (PAT) for Q4FY26 surged significantly to Rs 444.06 crore, registering an impressive increase of 133.05% YoY against Rs 190.54 crore in Q4FY25, and a jump of 184.09% QoQ from Rs 156.31 crore in Q3FY26.
  • For the full year FY26, Revenue from Operations recorded was Rs 3,077.92 crore, up 48.62% YoY compared to Rs 2,070.96 crore in FY25.
  • Total Income for FY26 reached Rs 3,149.67 crore, reflecting a rise of 46.54% YoY from Rs 2,149.29 crore in FY25.
  • Net Profit (PAT) for FY26 nearly doubled to Rs 920.67 crore, logging a growth of 96.50% YoY against Rs 468.53 crore in FY25.

  • Net Profit After Tax for FY26 grew by 97.49% YoY to Rs 918.54 crore from Rs 465.11 crore in FY25.

Business & Segment Highlights:

  • Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.86 per equity share on a face value of Rs 5 per share for the year ended 31.03.2026, subject to requisite approvals.
  • Segment Performance: The company's manufacturing facilities are engaged in a single operating segment, which encompasses the business of mining and processing of copper ore into metal-in-concentrate, refined copper production, and continuous copper wire rods.

  • Gujarat Copper Project (GCP): The lease deed for land in respect of GCP Jhagadia, possessing a gross carrying value of Rs 48.20 crore, is pending execution in favor of the company. A writ has been filed in the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat for the transfer of the land.
  • Consolidation Details: The consolidated results include the financial performance of the holding company, its subsidiary Chhattisgarh Copper Limited (CCL), and a Joint Venture Company (JVC) named Khanij Bidesh India Limited (KABIL), in which Hindustan Copper holds a 30% equity stake.
  • Labour Codes Provision: Pending the formal notification of the rules under the New Labour Codes, the company has provided approximately Rs 1.77 crore provisionally on an ad hoc basis, expecting no major material impact upon full implementation.
