Oil Marketing & Distribution company GOCL Corporation announced Q1FY27 results

Consolidated Financial Highlights:

  • Total Income: The company reported a Total Income of Rs. 6,312.87 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a YoY decrease of 27.02% from Rs. 8,649.63 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 19.68% from Rs. 7,859.99 lakh in Q4FY26.
  • Revenue from Operations: Revenue stood at Rs. 428.51 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a YoY increase of 26.34% from Rs. 339.18 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 83.68% from Rs. 233.29 lakh in Q4FY26.
  • Net Profit after Tax: The company posted a Net Profit of Rs. 4,039.87 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a YoY decrease of 96.70% compared to Rs. 1,22,254.53 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 46.24% from Rs. 7,514.67 lakh in Q4FY26.
  • Total Comprehensive Income: This stood at Rs. 3,863.08 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs. 1,22,536.82 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY) and Rs. 12,583.10 lakh in Q4FY26 (QoQ).
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): The basic and diluted EPS for continuing and discontinued operations combined was Rs. 8.15 in Q1FY27, down from Rs. 246.62 in Q1FY26 and Rs. 15.15 in Q4FY26.

Standalone Financial Highlights:

  • Total Income: Standalone Total Income was Rs. 5,683.10 lakh in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY increase of 11.76% from Rs. 5,084.94 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 21.72% from Rs. 7,260.28 lakh in Q4FY26.
  • Revenue from Operations: Standalone Revenue reached Rs. 428.51 lakh in Q1FY27, up 26.34% YoY from Rs. 339.18 lakh in Q1FY26 and up 83.68% QoQ from Rs. 233.29 lakh in Q4FY26.
  • Net Profit after Tax: Standalone Net Profit for Q1FY27 was Rs. 3,210.77 lakh, a significant decrease of 97.34% from Rs. 1,20,699.63 lakh in Q1FY26 and a decrease of 57.86% from Rs. 7,619.60 lakh in Q4FY26.
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): The basic and diluted standalone EPS was Rs. 6.47 in Q1FY27 compared to Rs. 243.48 in Q1FY26 and Rs. 15.37 in Q4FY26.

Business Highlights

  • Segment-wise Revenue Performance:
    • Electronics Manufacturing Services: Reported a revenue of Rs. 262.33 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs. 174.76 lakh in Q1FY26.
    • Realty: Reported a revenue of Rs. 164.35 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs. 2,123.55 lakh in Q1FY26.
    • Discontinued Operations: Revenue stood at Rs. 34.21 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs. 1,48,851.05 lakh in Q1FY26.
  • Land Sales: As of June 30, 2026, the company has sold a total of 157.21 acres of land at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. No further sale of land took place during the current quarter.
  • Asset Sale Agreement: The company has entered into an agreement to sell its "Ecopolis" property in Bengaluru for approximately Rs. 81,500 lakh. The transaction is pending the completion of formalities and conditions precedent.
  • Corporate Guarantees: The company ratified corporate guarantees aggregating Rs. 1,31,610 lakh extended to Hinduja National Power Corporation Limited (HNPCL) and Hinduja Energy India Limited.
  • Merger Update: Regarding the Scheme of Merger of HNPCL into the company, the NCLT made certain observations on July 30, 2026. The company is in the process of preferring an appeal before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
  • Exceptional Items: The company recorded an unrealised exchange gain of Rs. 351.65 lakh in Q1FY27 related to a put option on shares of Whitehall Investments SARL held by its subsidiary, HGHL Holdings Limited.
  • Discontinued Operations: The company has ceased its detonators and other blasting devices manufacturing operations at Kukatpally, Hyderabad (IDL Explosives Limited), and classified them as discontinued operations.

  • Consolidated Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 233.29 lakh, showing a QoQ growth of 28.45% from Rs 181.62 lakh in Q3FY26, but a YoY decline of 63.09% compared to Rs 632.11 lakh in Q4FY25.
  • Consolidated Net Profit after tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 7,514.67 lakh, marking a QoQ decline of 64.26% from Rs 21,027.21 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 227.21% from Rs 2,296.57 lakh in Q4FY25.
  • For FY26, Consolidated Total Income reached Rs 42,557.34 lakh, recording a YoY increase of 39.59% compared to Rs 30,487.18 lakh in FY25.
  • Consolidated Revenue from Operations for FY26 stood at Rs 976.31 lakh, reflecting a YoY decrease of 46.30% from Rs 1,818.01 lakh in FY25.
  • The Group reported a Consolidated Net Profit after tax of Rs 1,52,194.70 lakh For FY26, showing a massive YoY growth of 869.26% compared to Rs 15,702.16 lakh in FY25.
  • Consolidated Total Comprehensive Income for FY26 was Rs 1,61,694.08 lakh, as against Rs 17,758.74 lakh in FY25.

Standalone Financial Highlights:

  • Standalone Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 7,260.28 lakh, a QoQ decrease of 36.86% from Rs 11,498.62 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 167.54% from Rs 2,713.68 lakh in Q4FY25.
  • Standalone Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 233.29 lakh, representing a QoQ increase of 28.31% from Rs 181.82 lakh in Q3FY26, and a YoY decline of 21.61% from Rs 297.60 lakh in Q4FY25.
  • Standalone Net Profit after tax for Q4FY26 reached Rs 7,619.60 lakh, showing a QoQ decline of 44.35% from Rs 13,692.87 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 285.27% from Rs 1,977.72 lakh in Q4FY25.
  • For FY26, Standalone Total Income was Rs 28,375.04 lakh, up 57.36% YoY from Rs 18,031.83 lakh in FY25.
  • Standalone Revenue from Operations for FY26 was Rs 976.31 lakh, a YoY decrease of 34.23% from Rs 1,484.50 lakh in FY25.
  • Standalone Net Profit after tax for FY26 reached Rs 1,44,584.54 lakh, marking a YoY growth of 767.14% compared to Rs 16,673.52 lakh in FY25.

    • Electronics Manufacturing Services: Rs 326.37 lakh, compared to Rs 1,374.53 lakh in FY25.
    • Realty: Rs 4,417.88 lakh, compared to Rs 7,167.05 lakh in FY25.
    • Unallocable Income: Rs 37,813.09 lakh, compared to Rs 21,945.61 lakh in FY25.
    • Discontinued Operations: Rs 1,75,394.44 lakh, compared to Rs 72,526.40 lakh in FY25.
  • Dividend: The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 30 per share (1500%) for FY26.
  • Divestment and Land Sale: The Company completed the divestment of its entire stake in IDL Explosives Limited on November 15, 2025, for a consideration of Rs 10,700 lakh, recognizing a gain of Rs 14,150.75 lakh. Additionally, the Company sold a total of 157.21 acres of land at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, recognizing significant gains in both continuing and discontinued operations.
  • Property Sale Agreement: The Company entered into an agreement to sell its "Ecopolis" property in Bengaluru for approximately Rs 81,500 lakh. During the quarter, an advance of Rs 100 lakh was received toward this transaction.
  • Corporate Guarantees: The Board ratified corporate guarantees extended to related parties Hinduja National Power Corporation Limited (HNPCL) for Rs 1,09,600 lakh and Hinduja Energy India Limited (HEIL) for Rs 22,000 lakh. A proposal to issue further security and corporate guarantees up to Rs 300 crore for HEIL was approved, subject to shareholder approval.

  • GOCL reports 12% increase in income in FY22, with Consolidated Income of Rs. 623 crores, against Rs. 557 crores in FY21.
  • GOCL Consolidated Income for Q4 FY22 - Rs. 163 crores, an increase of 9% over Q4 FY21.
  • GOCL declares a Final Dividend of Rs.3 per share (150%) for FY 2021-22 making the total dividend for FY 21-22 to 250 %.
  • The PAT for the current quarter was Rs.143 crores. The PAT for the full year was Rs. 176 crores as compared to Rs. 79 crores last year.
