NIFTY SEPTEMBER FUTURES TRADE AT PREMIUM

The Nifty September 2023 futures closed at 19,654.60, a premium of 79.7 points compared with the Nifty`s closing 19,574.90 in the cash market.

In the cash market, the Nifty 50 advanced 46.10 points or 0.24% to settle at 19,574.90.

The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, fell 1.34% to 10.82.

Reliance Industries, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.

The September 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 28 September 2023.
