Nifty November futures trade at premium

The Nifty November 2023 futures closed at 19,803, a premium of 71.2 points compared with the Nifty`s closing of 19,731.80 in the cash market.

In the cash market, The Nifty 50 index lost 33.40 points or 0.17% to settled at 19,731.80.

The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of the market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, advanced 1.54% to 11.83.

State Bank of India (SBI), ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.

The November 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 30 November 2023.
