Nifty November futures trade at premium

The Nifty November 2023 futures closed at 19,500.20, a premium of 74.85 points compared with the Nifty`s closing 19,425.35 in the cash market.

In the cash market, the Nifty 50 added 30.05 points or 0.15% to settle at 19,425.35.

The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, rose 1.13% to 11.11.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) and Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.

The November 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 30 November 2023.
