Nifty November futures trade at premium

The Nifty November 2023 futures closed at 19,478.30, a premium of 83 points compared with the Nifty`s closing 19,395.30 in the cash market.

In the cash market, the Nifty 50 added 48.20 points or 0.25% to settle at 19,395.30.

The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, declined 0.49% to 10.98.

Reliance Industries (RIL), Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) and HDFC Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.

The November 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 30 November 2023.
