NIFTY MAY FUTURES TRADE AT PREMIUM

The Nifty May 2023 futures closed at 18,151, a premium of 61.15 points compared with the Nifty`s closing of 18,089.85 in the cash market.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 lost 57.80 points or 0.32% to settle at 18,089.85.
The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, fell 0.48% to 11.84.
Adani Enterprises, Manappuram Finance and ICICI Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.
The May 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 25 May 2023.
