NIFTY JUNE FUTURES TRADE AT STEEP PREMIUM

The Nifty June 2023 futures closed at 18,624.95, a premium of 90.55 points compared with the Nifty`s closing of 18,534.40 in the cash market.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 lost 99.45 points or 0.53% to settle at 18,534.40.
The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, declined 0.31% to 11.97.
Kotak Mahindra Bank, Reliance Industries and HDFC Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.
The June 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 29 June 2023.
