Nifty June futures trade at premium

The Nifty June 2023 futures closed at 18,702, a premium of 108.15 points compared with the Nifty`s closing of 18,593.85 in the cash market.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 gained 59.75 points or 0.32% to settle at 18,593.85.
The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, added 0.11% to 11.14.
RIL, Tata Chemicals and ICICI Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.
The June 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 29 June 2023.
