    Commodity Margin And Settlement

    What are "Initial Margin" and "Minimum Margin"?
    • Initial Margin: Margin blocked when you enter a trade (includes SPAN + Extreme Loss Margin + other margins). This margin must be available in the trading account to maintain the position.
    • Minimum Margin: This is the minimum required margin which is computed as per our Risk Management System (RMS). You must always maintain in your account to keep your position open”. If your available margin drops below this, you may face an automatic square off.
