Subsequently, Company changed its name from "Shree Shiv Shakti Cot-Fab Private Limited" to "Vinod Fabtex Private Limited" on March 08, 2018 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, the name was again changed from "Vinod Fabtex Private Limited" to "Vinod Texworld Private Limited" dated May 25, 2018. As a result, Company was converted from a Private Company to Public Company and the name of the Company was changed to "Vinod Texworld Limited" w.e.f. December 18, 2024 by the Central Processing Centre. Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, and supplying textile products.
