Description

  • Vasundhara Rasayans Ltd was incorporated in March 05, 1987. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and selling Antacids therapeutic category of Active Pharmaceutical Products for Antacid formulations. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 30 March 2017 approved the Company to sell assets consisting of manufacturing units situated at C-104, MIDC Industrial Area, Mahad Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra and Residential Building on the Residential plot RH-30, at Mahad, District Raigad, Maharashtra (MIDC Land) to VN Creative Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai (VCCPL) or its nominees together with the right, title and interest in leasehold rights with respect to MIDC Land along all specified tangible and intangible assets in relation to the Undertaking.
