The company now supplies the casting as original equipment (ready to use component) to reputed Companies in India and also exports to parts of Europe, and U.S.A. Varun Sharda and Indra Sharda, as promoters of the Company, bring a wealth of experience to the aluminum casting and manufacturing industry. The promoters have demonstrated remarkable innovation through their research and development team in vertical centrifugal casting. These machines verify dimensional accuracy by measuring geometrical characteristics such as size, shape, and position, etc. Company launched the initial public offer of 21,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 by raising money aggregating to Rs 14.06 Crore via fresh issue in July, 2025.
