SUPER SYNCOTEX (INDIA) SHARE PRICE

Incorporated as a public limited company on 20 Feb.`81, Super Syncotex (India) (SSIL) was promoted in the joint sector by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICOL), B S Sacheti and V S Sancheti. It set up a spinning mill with a complement of 16,184 spindles (34 ring frames) at Gulabpura, Bhilwara district, Rajasthan. SSIL started commercial production in 1983 and in 1986 undertook a balancing-cum-diversification project, under which it installed a dyeing plant. Between 1991 and 1993, the company undertook two balancing schemes, by adding doubling machines, EYCs and autoconers. In 1993, it expanded its capacity by adding 2880 spindles (5 ring frames). In 1994-95, it again expanded its capacity, by adding 9576 spindles, which was part-financed by a rights issue. Thus, the present capacity of the company is 28,040 spindles with Schlafhorst 238 autoconers, electronic yarn cleaners and TFOs. The company has installed the latest Trumac mixing blow room machines, carding machines and Trutzschler drawing machines. In 1995-96, the company increased the installed capacity of polyester vincose blended yarn by 480 nos. The company also received the ISO 9002 certification from The Bureau Of Indian Standards, New Delhi. For the modernisation/expansion and installation of heavy fuel oil operated generation set of 3.8 MW IDBI has sanctioned a Term Loan of Rs.1800.00 lacs for the company.
