The Company obtained Shareholders` approval for change of name of the Company from "Starline Precious Stone Limited" to "StarlinePS Enterprises Limited" by passing a Special Resolution in Annual General Meeting held on 30th November, 2020. The name of the Company has been changed from "Starline Precious Stone Limited" to "StarlinePS Enterprises Limited" consequent upon issue of fresh Certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 7th December, 2020. The Company is engaged in the business of diamond trading of precious metals, stones & jewellery in Surat. The Company`s operation include sourcing of diamonds and jewellery from primary and secondary source suppliers in the domestic market and sale to the wholesale as well as retail operations mainly in Gujarat. It primarily sell products to a customer-base spread across domestic markets that includes various jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, large department store chains and retail stores.
