Signature Green Corporation Limited was initially incorporated as Sagar Soya Products Limited on September 27, 1982. The name of the Company has changed to the current name `Signature Green Corporation Limited` , approved by the Central Registration Centre on April 6, 2025. In addition to manufacturing of vegetable oils from Soyabean and other oil seeds and oil cakes by solvent extraction process, the Company has decided to diversify, expand and rebrand its business into various food products and agro-commodity products and therefore decided to expand its area of operations by dealing in various types of food products during the year 2025. Company initially was engaged in the business of producing soya bean oil, soya bean oil cakes, cereal straw, husks, rape seed DOC, rape seed oil and refractions at the plant located at Sagar in Madhya Pradesh. In January 1995, Company came out with a rights issue at a premium of Rs 20 aggregating Rs 10.45 cr to part-finance its expansion and meet working capital requirements. It set up manufacturing facilities at Bhainsa, MP, for the production of soya oil, de-oiled cakes and soya flour. In Feb.`92, the Company took up an expansion program for setting up a 500-tpd solvent extraction plant and a 40-tpd soya flour plant at the existing soya complex in MP.
