• The Company was incorporated on July 20, 2010 as Siddhika Coatings Private Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 dated July 20, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to Special Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 30, 2019. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to Siddhika Coatings Limited was issued on January 14, 2020 by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. The Company Promoter is Siddhika Business Applications Private Limited (SBAPL). The Company is engaged in the business of coatings & Oil Paints, Distempers, Cellure Paints, Colors, Varnishes, enamels etc. The Company is an authorized marketer and strategic channel partner for SK Kaken Ltd. (SKK) products, a renowned coatings and pigments manufacturer based in Japan. The Company also provide application services which include preparing and coating interior as well as exterior surfaces of civil structures using organic and inorganic architectural textured pigments and technical grade functional coatings. In 2013, the Company completed a milestone of 2 lakh sq. meter paint work within one year. The Company started office in Kolkata in 2014. In 2015, the Company acquired AB Coatings Pvt. Ltd. The Company started Bengaluru Office in 2016. In 2017, the SKK recognized Company as strategic partner for Supply Apply business. The Hyderabad Office was started in 2018. In the same period, Company completed nearly 4.8 lakh sq. meter paint work within one year. In 2019, the Company started office in Mumbai. In 2021, the Company equity shares was listed on the Emerge Platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
