Shukra Bullions Limited (Earlier known as Shukra Capitals Limited) was incorporated as a public limited company on February 14,1995. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of diamond studded gold jewellery and trading in cut and polished diamond with the chief promoter, Shri Chandrakant H Shah. It has well-developed land, building, plant and machinery at the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) near Surat in Gujarat for manufacturing project. The Company`s polished diamonds and gold jewellery are sold in the domestic as well as the export markets. As on 31st March 2013 the issued subscribed and paid up capital was Rs. 5.015 Million divided in to 50,15,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. During the year 2016, the Company shifted its registered office from Chirag Industrial Complex, Golden Industrial Estate, Somnath Road Daman (U.T.) 396210 to 232, 2nd Floor, Panchratna, Opera House, Mumbai 400004 (Maharashtra).
