The Equity Shares of the Company are listed on BSE Limited. The Company converted its 30,00,000 Warrants into Equity Shares on 4th January, 2016 and the same is under the process of Listing. The Company had received listing approval letter dated June 8, 2017 for listing of 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued to Promoters and Non Promoters on a preferential basis pursuant to conversion of warrants.
