Shigan Quantum is the only company in India to have a completely indigenized BS-VI + OBD-II CNG fuel system. Its products include CNG filters, engine control units, fuel rails, injectors, CNG tube and fitting, fire detection and suppression systems, high-pressure regulator, filler valve, and FMFD module. It is also a leader in the production and development of energy storage technologies, alternative fuel vehicles, and advanced propulsion systems. The company’s customers include Baxy Group, Eicher, Tata, JBM Group, etc.

Mr Shishir Agrawal is the managing director of the company and Mr Gagan Agrawal is the joint managing director. Mr Vijay Lal Toshavada, Ms Shubhangi Agarwal, Mr Balraj Bhanot, and Mr Nathu Singh Tawar are the other directors. The auditors of the company include Saria Gupta & Co.

On 31 March 2022, the company’s shareholding pattern committed a 73.63% promoter share and a 26.37% public share. Bodies Corporate has the highest share of 58.23% of the promoter share.
