The Company is offering Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services to leading financial market participants. The Company has business services in the areas of Regulatory Compliance, Operations, Risk Management, Outsourcing, Software Development, etc., to more than 250 financial market participants and others. The clients primarily include Stock and Commodity Brokers, Depository Participants, Stock Exchanges, Wealth Managers, Alternative Investment Funds, Research Analysts, Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers, Corporate Agents, Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, NBFCs, Banks, etc. The Company`s product range include, OIMS (Order Instruction Management System - oimsonline.com); Compliancesutra (A complete cloud based compliance product suite - compliancesutra.com) and E-Learning product. OIMS is a unique SMS based application that allows seamless flow of orders from advisors, to clients and from clients to their broker, while maintaining complete trail and evidence of order placement. Compliancesutra mean a business app to manage one`s compliances, audits, assign tasks and monitor the teams. E-Learning product is implemented for a free annual financial literacy test for school students. This product suite is used by National Center for Financial Education to create curriculum, add questions, make test papers, take tests and issue certificates. The Company has developed applications and capabilities around automation of workflow process to manage compliance, audit, work force management, regulatory reporting processes, e-learning / online examination etc. Also, the Company embarked on a transformation strategy with future growth that will primarily be driven by technology related services.
