In 2017, Aroni Commercials Limited got amalgamated with the Company via Scheme of Amalgamation, making it effective on 31 March, 2017. Sareshwar Trading and Finance Pvt. Ltd. and Arkaya Commercial Pvt Ltd were formed as subsidiary companies effective on 31 March, 2017. The Company allotted 7,90,593 Equity Shares on 29th May, 2017 through the Scheme of Amalgamation to shareholders of Aroni Commercials Limited. In FY2026, a total of 366 Companies entered the IPO market, including 112 mainboard IPOs and a record 254 SME IPOs, raising a total of Rs. 1.9 trillion. Out of this, mainboard IPOs raised Rs. 1.8 trillion, while SME IPOs contributed the remaining amount. Nearly 90% of the IPOs were launched during the first nine months of financial year 2025-26. Despite this, the total funds raised remained similar to FY2025. The average issue size for mainboard IPOs stood at Rs. 1,598 crore in the Indian market during FY26. .
