In 2016, the Company began operations of Resort- Saj by the Lake, Malshej. It operated a restaurant by the name `Mahe` through a subsidiary LLP i.e. Coast to Coast Hospitality and Lifestyle LLP, on the said property for a 2-year period until 2023. Further, in 2023, the Company entered into `Agreement to manage` restaurant property located at Goa, with the Tamil Sunrise (proprietorship Kishore David Frederick). It set up a Joint Venture for operation of Saj in the Forest, Pench with Shankar Lal Pradhan and SKS Farms & Hotels Private Limited for commencement of resort operations. With comprehensive event planning and management services, Company ensure seamless execution and unforgettable experiences for clients and their guests. It focus on providing comprehensive services to guests, including food and beverage options, recreational facilities and event hosting capabilities, reflecting a commitment to ensuring a memorable experience for visitors. The Company is planning the Initial Public Issue of 42,50,000 Fresh Issue Equity Shares.
