Presently, it is giving loan and inter-corporate deposit to its corporate client and is operating from Kolkata. During the year 2014-15, the name of the company is changed from Associated Cereals Limited to Real Touch Finance Limited. The company got the Approval letter from BSE and NSDL But the approval is pending from CSDL and Department of Non Banking Supervision-Reserve Bank of India. Presently, the Company is a subsidiary of M/s Ultraplus Housing Estate Private Limited, holding 68,69,620 shares aggregating to 54.123% in the Company in FY 2016.
