In 1997, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd. was accorded the coveted Miniratna status. It manufactures complex fertilisers, urea, bio-fertilisers, micro-nutrients, soil conditioners, and many industrial chemicals from its operating units at Trombay in Mumbai and Thal, Raigad district. Apart from fertiliser products, RCF is also involved in the production of a wide range of industrial chemicals essential for the manufacturing of leather, pharmaceuticals, solvents, dyes, etc.
For FY 2021-2022, the company’s total revenue was Rs 12,948.62 crore, up 53.90% from FY 2020-2021. The revenue growth outperformed its three-year CAGR of 12.9%.
